Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Functional Analyst to lead SAP S/4HANA PE, QM and LIMS initiatives across production and quality management. You will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and vendors to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions.

The role requires 5+ years implementing SAP S/4HANA, experience with LIMS, and strong project leadership to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced beverages environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Production Execution (PE) and Quality Management (QM).
• Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) such as RealSPC or LabVantage.
• Ability to lead cross-functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong relationships with business SMEs, architects, vendors, and partners.

Summary Description:

• The Functional Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Production Execution, Quality Management & Laboratory Information Management will be responsible for leading, designing, implementing, and supporting business solutions across SAP S/4HANA Production Execution (PE), SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM), and RealSPC (or LabVantage or similar) Laboratory Information Management solutions. This role serves as the liaison between business stakeholders, enterprise architects, software vendors, and system integrators to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient manufacturing and quality management capabilities.
• The Functional Analyst will manage projects and enhancements activities, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and industry best practices.

Essential Job Functions:

Business Relationship Management

• Partner with manufacturing, quality, laboratory and operational business teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
• Provide subject matter expertise for Production Execution, Quality Management, and Laboratory Information Management processes.
• Build strong relationships with business SMEs, architects, vendors, and implementation partners.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of solutions within:
• SAP S/4HANA Production Execution
• SAP S/4HANA Quality Management
• RealSPC Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) (or LabVantage or similar)
• Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, reports, interfaces, and workflows.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business process governance.
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to develop and implement system integrations and extensions.
• Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects and enhancement initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource estimates, and implementation strategies.
• Lead Design solutions across business teams, software vendors, system integrators, and internal IT organizations.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies while driving timely resolution.
• Support system upgrades, releases, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide functional support for production, quality, and laboratory management applications.
• Troubleshoot complex business process and system issues.
• Manage enhancement requests through intake, prioritization, design, testing, and deployment.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
• Collaborate with software vendors and system integration partners to deliver project objectives.
• Review solution proposals, estimates, and technical designs.
• Ensure vendor deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
• Participate in solution evaluations and technology roadmaps.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure solutions comply with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Support audit readiness, validation activities, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain functional documentation, process flows, training materials, and support procedures.
• Promote best practices for system design, change management, and quality assurance.

Education and Experience:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Architect
• Hands-on experience supporting and implementing SAP S/4HANA Production Execution and SAP S/4HANA Quality Management solutions.
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) (or LabVantage or similar)
• Experience leading projects and managing enhancement portfolios in manufacturing and quality environments.
• Experience working with software vendors and system integrators.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• SAP S/4HANA certifications in Manufacturing or Quality Management.
• Experience in consumer products, food & beverage manufacturing industries.
• Experience with system validation and regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
