Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an experienced SAP QM Functional Analyst to drive the ECC to S/4HANA migration and design, implement, and support advanced QMS. You will collaborate with cross- functional teams, vendors, and RTX partners to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will engage with stakeholders to define requirements, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery while applying agile and waterfall methodologies across global projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles, including requirements gathering and delivery.
• Proficiency with SAP Quality Management (ECC and S/4HANA).
• Experience creating detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience navigating complex SAP landscapes.
• US Citizenship as required for government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement migration/integration of QMS with ERP systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and budget.
• Lead projects using Waterfall or Agile, manage risks and decisions.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement for performance, quality, and reliability.
