Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Functional Analyst to lead SAP S/4HANA PE, QM and LIMS initiatives across production and quality management. You will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and vendors to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions.

The role requires 5+ years implementing SAP S/4HANA, experience with LIMS, and strong project leadership to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced beverages environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Production Execution (PE) and Quality Management (QM).
• Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) such as RealSPC or LabVantage.
• Ability to lead cross-functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong relationships with business SMEs, architects, vendors, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA PE and QM solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to deliver system integrations and extensions.
• Manage medium to large projects, create plans and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with governance, validation, and audit requirements.
• Provide functional support for production, quality, and laboratory management applications.
