Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Functional Analyst to own the MES platform (D4A) and drive design, implementation, and optimization across sites.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and IT to translate requirements into scalable digital manufacturing solutions. The role requires 5+ years in MES/functional analysis, strong SAP S/4HANA experience, and a track record of managing vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years as a Functional Analyst or MES/Manufacturing Systems Consultant.
• Experience implementing or supporting MES, preferably D4A, TrakSYS, LineView, SAP Digital Manufacturing, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the MES/Decide4Action platform as functional owner and lead projects and enhancements.
• Define and maintain MES roadmaps aligned with manufacturing strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT and site teams to ensure deployment success.
• Lead design reviews, testing, and hypercare support for MES initiatives.
• Support integration between MES, SAP S/4HANA and LIMS.
