Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, SAP EWM Configuration Lead to design, build, and support SAP EWM across the OneRTX program, aligning logistics processes with SAP S/4HANA. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, cross-functional collaboration, and risk-aware implementation in a remote U.S. setting.

You will guide blueprinting, build, testing, cutover and hypercare activities, and partner with global teams to ensure seamless integration and standardized ERP capabilities.

Qualifications

• University degree with 10+ years of SAP EWM experience.
• Hands-on configuring, building, and implementing SAP EWM including core warehouse processes.
• Experience with CIF, qRFC, IDOC, RFC and BAPI integrations.
• Background implementing decentralized EWM with SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions to optimize inbound/outbound logistics.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops and demonstrate standard SAP EWM processes.
• Manage training, specs, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation maintenance.
• Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA modules and third-party systems.
