Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, offers a remote SAP QM Functional Analyst role focused on migrating quality management to SAP S/4HANA. You will design, implement, and support QMS across enterprise systems while working with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions.

You will collaborate in both waterfall and agile environments, ensuring alignment on requirements, schedule, and budget, and you will travel as needed to support project delivery and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with extensive SAP QM experience.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles involving requirements gathering, design, and delivery.
• Proficiency with SAP Quality Management (ECC and S/4HANA) and integration with MM/PP/PM.
• Experience creating functional/technical specs and supporting implementation.
• Hands-on SAP landscape navigation across complex environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP QM to enable migration to SAP S/4HANA.
• Define requirements and align on vision, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead projects using Waterfall or Agile; manage decisions, risks, actions, dependencies.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement to meet SLA and quality objectives.
• Travel may be required based on business needs.
