Job summary

Pratt & Whitney offers a remote opportunity for an SAP QM Functional Analyst to drive the SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transition, design and implement QMS, and support high-quality solutions with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep SAP QM expertise, collaboration across RTX units, and the ability to work in a remote setting with potential hybrid arrangements for East Hartford area candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles, including requirements gathering, solution design, and project delivery.
• Proficiency with SAP Quality Management (ECC and S/4HANA), including configuration and integration with related modules.
• Proven experience creating detailed functional and technical specifications to support solution design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience in navigating complex SAP landscapes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate data, resolve conflicts, and apply business insights effectively.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, senior management, and external partners to deliver impactful solutions.
• U.S. Citizenship is required (required due to Government contractual requirements).

Responsibilities

• Design & Implementation: enable seamless migration and integration of QMS with enterprise apps.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: define process enhancements and document requirements.
• Project & Risk Management: lead projects using Waterfall or Agile with gated approvals.
• Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination: manage third-party suppliers and collaborate with teams.
• System Optimization: drive continuous improvement for performance and reliability.
• Travel as needed and participate in group meetings and training.
