Job summary

RTX is seeking a SAP Quality Management Business Analyst for the Plan to Sustain program with a focus on material master, quality information records, defect quality records, and corrective & preventive action.

You will drive standardization across BUs, configure SAP QM modules, and collaborate with S2P and plant maintenance teams to deliver data mappings and enhancements that support RTX’s quality goals.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring SAP ERP and SAP QM module.
• Experience with material master and quality records.
• Ability to map data and test configurations.
• Experience with large, regulated aerospace/defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from BUs to standardize functionality.
• Collaborate with BUs to align quality processes.
• Demonstrate deep SAP QM functionality knowledge (inspection types, plans, MICs).
• Demonstrate SAP module integration with Logistics, Production Execution, and O2C.
• Configure and manage SAP systems to support quality processes.
• Assist data mapping and testing activities.
• Provide support to supplier quality with S2P and plant maintenance teams.
• Deliver functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, and reports.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure Plan to Sustain success.
