ITT Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Analyst (PP/QM) to lead a multi-year SAP transformation, modernizing the ERP landscape and expanding SAP capabilities globally.

The role focuses on PP/QM expertise during ECC to S/4HANA migration while supporting ongoing operations across manufacturing plants worldwide. The ideal candidate will drive requirements, design, configuration, testing, and training, with a collaborative, flat organization structure and focus on long-term value for IT

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP PP/QM expert supporting global operations.
• Experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration programs.
• Strong integration knowledge across MES, PLM, and ERP ecosystems.
• Ability to lead requirements, design, configuration, testing and training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SAP PP/QM SME for manufacturing operations and SAP initiatives.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and SAP configuration.
• Facilitate workshops and promote SAP best practices.
• Develop functional specs for enhancements and manage testing.
• Support global SAP projects and cross-functional process improvements.
• Create process docs, training materials, and user guides.
