Job summary

TCWGlobal is seeking a senior SAP PMO leader to oversee a strategic, light SAP implementation program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, data, and technology, bringing a pragmatic, value-driven approach to decision making.

In this role you will provide governance, reporting, and financial oversight at the program level, partner with senior stakeholders, and help drive decisions that balance speed, simplicity, and business value in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in PMO or program management.
• Demonstrated experience supporting SAP implementations.
• Strong PMO/program management background for large cross-functional initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Finance/business processes and collaborating with Finance stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating across multiple functional and technical teams.
• Knowledge of governance, planning, risk management, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO activities for an SAP implementation program including planning, governance, status reporting, risk management, and issue tracking.
• Coordinate across Finance, business, technology, data, and other functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.
• Provide program leadership and structure across multiple SAP workstreams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, action items, and deliverables.
• Partner with Finance and business to evaluate decisions, priorities, and impacts.
• Provide financial and business context to help teams make informed decisions.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions and escalate as needed.
• Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and exec status updates.
