Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced SAP project leader to drive large-scale SAP implementations in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with business leaders, PMs, and technical teams to define objectives and craft detailed project plans, steering multiple programs within a Digital Core Modernisation practice.

You will allocate resources, manage risks, and deliver SAP solutions that boost operational efficiency while coaching teams through complex, ambiguous scenarios.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 7 years of experience.
• Preference for a Master's or MBA in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, CS/IS, Finance, HR/Industrial Relations, or Organizational Management/Behavior.
• SAP project management skills for complex program delivery.
• Agile methodology.
• Analytical thinking in business case development.
• Stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Program scope and status reporting.
• Systems thinking.
• Travel up to 80% may be required.
• Must not require PwC sponsorship through H-1B lottery except as PwC policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP implementation projects.
• Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives and develop project plans.
• Coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders within the Digital Core Modernisation practice.
• Allocate project resources and monitor progress to mitigate risks.
• Deliver SAP solutions that optimize operational efficiency and support clients' strategic goals.
• Motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems.
• Apply analytical and systems thinking to identify problems and opportunities.
• Craft and convey clear, impactful messages to clients and stakeholders.
• Direct teams through complex and ambiguous situations.
• Initiate open and honest coaching conversations.
• Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback.
• Promote continuous process improvement and embrace change.
