Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead a portfolio of SAP and non-SAP system implementations in a high-velocity, startup-like environment.

You will drive agile plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and coordinate from design through deployment to production. You will partner with engineering, finance, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, oversee testing and training, and present progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 4+ years of implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• 6+ years of experience in finance, supply chain, consulting or operations role with proven experience in leading process and systems transformation initiatives.
• Export Control Requirement: U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or eligible status.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of system implementation projects from design through deployment and support.
• Build agile delivery plans and deployment project plans, and actively manage risks and issues.
• Manage the project backlog, plan sprints, and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Gather business requirements to develop use cases and partner with development teams to build features.
• Lead Proof of Concept sessions to validate solutions meet business requirements.
• Oversee testing cycles: Unit, System Integration, UAT, regression testing and training.
• Communicate status to senior leadership and maintain delivery timelines.
• Drive schedules from design to release and manage production launches.
