A global manufacturing company in the United States is seeking a SAP OTC PMO to join their team on a c2c basis. This initial 3-6 month contract offers a chance for extension. Responsibilities

• Support and guide workstream leads as programme needs evolve.
• Ensure workstream plans align with the Global Integrated Project Plan.
• Provide concise updates during Global PMO daily huddles.
• Ensure workstream plans are fully aligned to the Global Integrated Project Plan.
• Identify resourcing gaps, timeline conflicts, and risks early, escalating appropriately with solution-oriented recommendations.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure operational discipline across deliverables, testing cycles, cutover tasks, and documentation.
• Lead “path to green” efforts by identifying risks early and driving corrective action plans.
• Validate schedule adherence and ensure all dependencies and milestones remain on track.
• Provide concise, accurate updates during the Global PMO daily huddles, including status, risks, issues, KPIs, and decisions required.
• Maintain RAID logs, project plans, and dashboards with up‑to‑date information.
• Drive consistency and quality across all PMO documentation and governance artefacts.
• Work within PMO processes, templates, and governance standards.
• Smartsheet experience is strongly advantageous, especially for tracker updates, dashboards, and integrated scheduling.

You will work in EST timezone.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, challenge, and guide workstream leads to refocus and reprioritise as programme needs evolve.
• Take ownership of supporting and driving the OTC workstream through Realize and Deploy phases.
• Act as the central coordination point across OTC, deployment teams, and global programme leadership.
• Ensure workstream plans are fully aligned to the Global Integrated Project Plan.
• Identify resourcing gaps, timeline conflicts, and risks early, escalating appropriately with solution-oriented recommendations.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure operational discipline across deliverables, testing cycles, cutover tasks, and documentation.
