Strada is seeking a SAP Payroll Implementation Lead to drive Austrian payroll projects from a remote position; collaboration with clients spans workshops, configuration, testing, and go-live readiness across international teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT/Business/HR, 5+ SAP HCM implementations, strong knowledge of Austrian payroll regulations, and fluency in English and German. You’ll partner with clients to deliver compliant, scalable HR systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or equivalent.
• 5+ SAP HCM implementations completed.
• Strong knowledge of Austrian payroll regulations.
• Fluent English and German with client-facing skills.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with clients to capture payroll requirements via workshops and system setup.
• Validate and configure payroll solution and integrations in alignment with legal regulations.
• Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks.
• Manage SIT, UAT, parallel runs and address issues with global teams.
• Oversee go-live activities and payroll system readiness.
• Track project progress, documentation, and coordinate with PMs to meet milestones.
