Job summary

Strada is a leading provider of people, payroll and technology solutions with a global footprint. This fully remote role supports the German payroll delivery team, applying SAP Payroll expertise and country-specific legislation knowledge to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for clients across borders.

The successful candidate will guide a delivery team, support implementations, and drive continuous improvement while staying aligned with Strada security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English language skills (mandatory).
• Hands-on SAP Payroll experience (mandatory).
• Expert knowledge of German payroll processes, practices and associated legislation.
• Experience supporting payroll delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily functional support to the teams, to support the successful delivery of German payrolls.
• Act as a functional expert and escalation point for German payroll-related questions, issues and client requirements.
• Lead projects designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the Country Solution workbook and the legislation roadmap.
