Job summary

Rimini Street, Inc. is seeking a Support Engineer for SAP MM/eWM to deliver remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications to our global client base. You will diagnose issues, apply fixes, and collaborate with customers in Brazil and beyond.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP, strong troubleshooting, and experience with MM/eWM modules; fluency in English and Portuguese is required; the position is remote in Brazil, with the flexibility to work from home across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP MM/eWM experience
• Experience with Brazil localization in MM processes
• Proven ability to support SAP in 4.x and ECC environments
• Experience in highly customized environments (Z routines, user-exits)
• Strong incident handling and SLA-driven support

Responsibilities

• Solve complex SAP issues using methodical troubleshooting
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and deliver high-quality support
• Configure and discuss MM/eWM functionality and best practices
• Develop or coordinate fixes for critical product defects
• Provide hands-on assistance via remote connectivity
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and diagnostic tool development
