Job summary

Rimini Street, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Associate Support Engineer for SAP MM/WM with 2-3 years of experience. This remote role can be based anywhere in Brazil and involves providing remote-based support for SAP applications to our global clients using 4.x and ECC environments.

You will diagnose issues, deliver fixes, collaborate with a 24x7 support team, and contribute to knowledge sharing. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, and SAP certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

2–3 years of SAP MM/WM experience in a corporate environment.
Experience supporting SAP end users in global deployments.
Analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.
SAP certification(s) preferred.
Knowledge of SAP architecture and patching mechanics.
Ability to work flexible hours for 24x7 support.

Responsibilities

Solve customer issues with methodical troubleshooting based on SAP knowledge.
Interact daily with customers to understand needs and deliver high-quality support.
Configure and discuss SAP WM/MM functionalities and best practices.
Support client customizations and provide guidance.
Develop or collaborate on fixes for critical product defects.
Work with tools in a test or remote environment.
Collaborate in a virtual team and share knowledge.
Contribute to knowledge-sharing methodologies.
