Job summary

Pratt & Whitney seeks a highly skilled Functional Analyst to design, develop, and implement MES solutions within the Digital MES COE. You will work on integrations with SAP ERP and other enterprise systems, supporting Manufacturing Operations globally.

The role offers a remote work arrangement with occasional travel and opportunities to engage with senior technical and business stakeholders across RTX/PW.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) in CS/MIS/Engineering with 5+ years' experience.
Ability to test and coordinate system changes and deployments.
Experience mapping business processes to functional solutions.
Proficient with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (JIRA).
U.S. Citizenship is required for this government-related program.

Responsibilities

Bridge gaps between business processes and MES functionality.
Translate requirements into solution designs and functional specs.
Troubleshoot processes against system capabilities and integrations.
Engage with DevOps solution management and manage tasks.
Ensure budget, deliverables and schedules are met; provide end-user support.
Coordinate with internal customers and external partners for solution development.
Collaborate with SAP ERP integrations and other enterprise systems.
