Job summary
Watts Water Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Lead to govern enterprise master data across SAP and related systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance. The role partners with business and IT to support data migration, implementations, and process improvements while reporting to the SAP Master Data Manager.
The position is remote with occasional travel to North Andover as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in SAP Master Data Governance or related functions.
- Knowledge of master data governance and lifecycle management.
- Experience with SAP master data structures and data migration.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Govern SAP master data across materials, customers, vendors, finance and other domains.
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementations and data migrations.
- Maintain data standards, governance workflows and naming conventions.
- Monitor data quality, completeness, and compliance across systems.
- Assist internal/external audits with governance documentation.
- Collaborate with business and IT to implement master data solutions.
