Niterra North America, Inc. is seeking a Data Supervisor to lead the Master Data Analysts team at our Wixom, Michigan headquarters.

The role focuses on governance, accuracy, and proactive data stewardship of material, customer, and vendor data in SAP, elevating data quality beyond routine entry. Responsibilities include building best practices, training stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive data-driven business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics with SAP.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience or coaching/mentoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytical Science, or related field.
• Experience managing large, complex datasets.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Customer-focused with cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of automotive aftermarket industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Master Data Analysts.
• Oversee SAP Master Data workflows and data changes.
• Analyze complex data issues and drive cross-functional solutions across SAP modules.
• Establish SAP data standards and training materials for stakeholders.
• Drive data quality initiatives including cleansing and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory controls and audit standards.
• Collaborate with PLM, Forecasting, and Project Management leadership.
• Evaluate workflows (SharePoint/SAP routing) for improvements.
• Perform other job-related tasks and adhere to company policies.
