Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an LMS Administrator to provide day-to-day LMS support across the enterprise, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors/Plateau. You will handle ServiceNow tickets, course setup, enrollments, and reporting to improve learner experience.

The role requires troubleshooting, content creation, and collaboration with Learning Partners to ensure standardized, high-quality learning administration. Strong data quality and customer support are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors/Plateau LMS administration in regulated environments.
• Experience troubleshooting SuccessFactors LMS issues.
• Experience supporting pharma/biotech training; understanding GxP for learning records.
• Proficiency with SuccessFactors LMS reporting and data quality; Excel a plus.
• Proficiency with Content Object and Item Creation in SuccessFactors LMS.
• Strong customer support orientation; able to handle high volumes with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and track requests via ServiceNow; triage/escalate issues with HRIS/IT or LMS teams as required.
• Create, revise, and maintain training items, curricula, and learning plans in SuccessFactors/Plateau.
• Troubleshoot user access, assignment, and completion issues; communicate guidance to end users.
• Set up courses/sessions; manage enrollments, equivalencies, completions, and approvals.
• Configure and maintain assignment profiles/audience rules.
• Generate LMS reports.
• Serve as a responsive point-of-contact for the Enterprise Learning Management Team; coordinate with Learning Partners.
• Partner with Enterprise Learning Optimization to deploy new learning solutions and ensure smooth LMS implementation.
• Communicate request status, timing, and impacts.
• Follow SOPs/WIs; maintain job aids/knowledge articles for repeatable execution and audit support.
• Participate in administrator forums to reinforce standards and share updates; propose data-quality improvements.
