Job summary

Matlen Silver seeks a Project Manager for a 15-month SAP ERP modernization project. Remote work is available, with residency within CLT, RAL, or Greensboro. The role focuses on cross-functional coordination, risk management, and governance to deliver program benefits.

The candidate will lead large teams, manage budgets, and report progress to executives, ensuring timely, aligned project execution.

Qualifications

• Prior SAP ERP project experience (preferably recent SAP S/4 Hana related to BDC, Group Reporting, and/or PS).
• Experience with Business Data Cloud (BDC), Group reporting or project systems.
• Proven stakeholder relationship building across senior management levels.
• Ability to communicate project status to leadership and teams.
• Experience leading large-scale tech programs with internal and vendor resources.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple partners and large data sets.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates with business managers and SMEs to drive project activities and resolve issues.
• Directs business, operations and tech leads to support program needs.
• Ensures activities deliver benefits realization and follow governance.
• Manages risk, budgets, and scope with regular dashboard reporting.
• Engages stakeholders to mitigate cross-team concerns and keep on schedule.
• Leads multiple teams on a project basis and coordinates readiness activities.
