Job summary

Ocean Spray Cranberries is hiring a Manager, Technical Lead EDI to drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA and IBM Sterling EDI initiatives. This remote role will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure integrations and optimized business processes across the enterprise.

You’ll lead product management across the SDLC, mentor analysts, oversee deployments, and ensure compliance with governance and security requirements while collaborating with many stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience in technical delivery and ERP/EDI.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA core modules (SD, MM/PP, FICO).
• Experience with IBM Sterling EDI platform and integration with SAP.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end EDI solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and projects.
• Lead backlog grooming for EDI initiatives and coordinate releases.
• Onboard and certify trading partners; manage incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure security, governance, and regulatory alignment for solutions.
