Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to drive SAP-based improvements across Plan to Make and Warehousing within the Supply Chain. This remote role is open nationwide, with operations potentially coordinated from Lakeville, MA.

You will analyze current processes, model requirements, and partner with SAP teams to deliver integrated, automated solutions. You will design SAP PP and IM/EWM configurations, support testing and deployment, create documentation, and train users while working

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role overseeing design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
• Technical knowledge of SAP PP and SAP IM/EWM.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Understanding of the SDLC and project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes and systems within Supply Chain functions across Manufacturing, Production Planning, and Warehousing.
• Assist with design, development, and deployment of optimized, integrated SAP solutions in PP, IM/EWM, and related modules.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions, conduct testing, and ensure successful deployment.
• Develop process models, perform cost-benefit analyses, and provide ongoing support and training to users.
• Act as the functional expert and critical component of the SAP Delivery Solution Team, partnering with key business stakeholders and product teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements.
• Coordinate and perform use case tests, end-user reviews, post-implementation support, and user training sessions.
• Translate functional business requirements into technical requirements and transition these to the development team within an agile environment.
• Assist in prioritizing break/fix and enhancement requests with product managers and support teams to ensure on-time delivery.
