Watts Water Technologies is seeking an ERP Manager to lead EDI operations, integrating SAP S/4 Hana with IBM Sterling. You will design, implement, and maintain EDI processes for trading partners and report to the Global ERP Director. This remote role requires 50% travel to Andover, MA and production sites.

You will manage EDI interfaces, mentor analysts, and ensure data governance while supporting a multi-year ERP transformation across value streams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science.
• 7+ years in EDI Management, with at least 3 years in SAP and IBM Sterling.
• Experience in SAP, SAP S/4, and SAP EWM.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling.
• Deep understanding of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and message types (850, 855, 856, 810).
• Experience with requirements gathering, configuring, testing and training.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple issues independently.
• Project management skills including planning, tracking, risk mitigation.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the EDI roadmap aligned with ERP strategy.
• Manage a team of EDI analysts and coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams.
• Oversee EDI interfaces between SAP and IBM Sterling (inbound/outbound 850, 855, 856, 810).
• Ensure mapping of IDOCs ORDERS05, INVOIC02 via CPI/BTP middleware.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for EDI certifications; monitor and troubleshoot IDOCs.
• Implement error-handling procedures and optimize real-time and batch processes.
• Maintain adherence to EDI standards and data governance; onboard partners.
