Job summary

Ocean Spray is hiring a Manager, Technical Lead for SAP EDI, based remotely with Lakeville, MA headquarters. You will own the EDI landscape, drive design and delivery of enhancements, and partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to optimize processes and enable scalable integrations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor analysts, and ensure security, compliance, and performance across the SAP S/4HANA EDI stack, while advancing strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA core modules such as SD, MM/PP, FICO.
• Experience with IBM Sterling EDI platform and enterprise integrations.
• Strong business acumen in order management and supply chain execution.
• Proven delivery leadership in solution design, systems implementation, and release management.
• Ability to mentor Business System Analysts and AMS teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EDI landscape with SAP S/4HANA and external partners.
• Lead sprint design, backlog grooming, and project coordination with product managers.
• Oversee AMS production support, releases, and incident management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Define architecture requirements and ensure enterprise alignment and security compliance.
