Job summary

Ocean Spray Cranberries is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to optimize SAP PP and IM/EWM processes across Manufacturing, Production Planning and Warehousing. This remote-friendly role supports our Lakeville, MA headquarters and partners with IT to deploy integrated solutions within the Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years SAP experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with agile methods to drive improvements and training for end users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of functional SAP experience in PP & IM/EWM.
• Experience with SAP IDoc-based integrations is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within an agile team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and SAP team to gather requirements and deliver SAP PP/IM/EWM implementations.
• Support cross-functional supply chain initiatives to improve processes and productivity.
• Maintain integrations within SAP PP & IM/EWM; coordinate with offshore and vendor support teams.
• Document and diagram current systems and processes for efficiency improvements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and participate in ROI analyses for enhancements.
• Perform use case testing, end-user reviews, and post-implementation support.
• Provide training and write documentation for new capabilities and projects.
