Executive Staff Recruiters / ESR Healthcare is seeking a SAP Analyst to configure and support SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) in a remote US role. The analyst will analyze requirements, configure payroll processes, test features, and support ongoing operations, with data replication between Employee Central and ECP.

The role requires strong SAP ECP experience, SQL proficiency, and the ability to mentor teammates; US citizenship or eligible status applies due to ITAR-related access

• Triages and resolves issues during the Hypercare phase.
• Performs data replication between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Uses SQL and analysis tools to query and triage data issues.
• Defines, documents, and translates functional requirements into technical requirements.
• Coordinates with the technical team on design, documentation, and delivery of solutions.
• Develops and conducts system testing and coordinates changes through the change management process.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
• U.S. citizenship required due to systems access.
• Significant experience configuring and supporting SAP Employee Central Payroll.
• Proven ability to mentor team members in SAP ECP configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with data replication between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Experience using SQL and analysis tools to query and triage data issues.
• Experience defining, documenting, and translating functional requirements into technical requirements.
• Experience coordinating with the technical team on design, documentation, and delivery of solutions.
• Experience coordinating with product management on funding, priorities, and development estimates.
• Experience coordinating changes through the change management process and performing triage for issue resolution.
