Job summary

US Foods, Inc. seeks an experienced SAP Ariba and Concur Administrator to manage and optimize Ariba/Concur systems across the organization from a home-based setup in the United States.

You will coordinate with SAP support, maintain master data, and enable data-driven procurement reporting. The role requires 5 years in Ariba/Concur and strong project leadership, with full remote flexibility and adherence to CT business hours.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing SAP Ariba & Concur systems as an Administrator.
• 5 years of experience with project management, strong leadership, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Work schedule requires availability between 8 am CT and 5 pm CT; flexibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Manage system service tickets and coordinate with SAP support as needed.
• Oversee system functionality and process documentation to identify risk and non-compliance.
• Develop and implement solutions aligned with internal controls to safeguard assets and drive operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation and validation of Concur & Ariba enhancement requests.
• Configure and maintain Concur & Ariba modules to align with business needs.
• Ensure accurate integration with SAP ERP and other business systems.
• Maintain configuration documentation and change logs.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of supplier, item, and contract master data.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data integration and updates.
• Support design and delivery of scheduled reports and dashboards; track KPIs and procurement benefits.
• Lead stakeholder management and change management activities; drive SAP tool upgrades and new functionality.
• Design and execute communications and training programs for end-users.
• Identify and implement procurement process improvements and category strategies.
