Job summary

US Foods seeks a SAP Administrator to support Concur and Ariba platforms across the procurement organization. This role focuses on configuration, testing, performance optimization, and documentation to drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will manage system changes, integrate with SAP ERP, maintain master data, generate reports, and train end users.

Remote work across the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and territories) with 8am-5pm CT availability.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing SAP Ariba & Concur systems as an administrator.
• 5 years of experience with project management, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• SAP Ariba & Concur certification or relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer SAP Ariba and Concur configurations and support.
• Manage system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and savings.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead change management and user training for SAP tools.
