US Foods is seeking a SAP Administrator to support Concur and Ariba platforms from a fully remote position across the United States (excluding Hawaii and territories). You will ensure system performance, data integrity, and reporting while collaborating with procurement leadership.

Responsibilities include system configuration, master data governance, and developing analytics that drive cost savings and operational excellence. Strong PM skills and SAP certifications are preferred.

• 5 years of experience managing SAP Ariba & Concur systems as an Administrator.
• 5 years of experience with project management, demonstrating leadership, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent work experience.

The SAP Administrator will support the successful operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Concur and Ariba platforms. This role is essential for ensuring seamless system performance, supporting procurement processes, and driving operational excellence through data, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

This position has been segmented "Remote Anywhere" meaning the work is completed 100% remote anywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii or United States Territories.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ariba & Concur System Management & Support

• Conduct regular system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Manage system service tickets and coordinate with SAP support as needed.
• Oversee system functionality and process documentation to identify risk & non-compliance.
• Develop and implement solutions aligned with internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure accurate reporting and drive operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation and validation of Concur & Ariba enhancement requests.

System Configuration & Integration

• Configure and maintain Concur & Ariba modules to align with business needs.
• Ensure accurate and seamless integration with SAP ERP and other business systems.
• Maintain configuration documentation and change logs.

Master Data Management

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of supplier, item, and contract master data.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for consistent data integration and updates.

Reporting & Analytics support for Sr. Director of Procurement Operations

• Support the design and delivery of scheduled reports and dashboards.
• Track KPIs and procurement benefits to support business decisions.
• Conduct spend analytics and opportunity assessments to identify cost savings.
• Prepare and deliver compliance and audit reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

• Act as the SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal teams and external partners.
• Lead stakeholder management activities to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.
• Drive SAP tools change management initiatives, including system upgrades and new functionality.
• Design and execute communications and training programs for end-users.

Process Optimization

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on the design and enhancement of procurement processes and category strategies.
• Align system functionality with procurement policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional activities as requested by the business.
• Other duties assigned by manager.

RELATIONSHIPS

• Internal: Collaborate across the organization, engaging with cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment at corporate, regional and divisional levels.
• External
  • Suppliers: Build and maintain strong partnerships with preferred suppliers and strategic partners to ensure alignment and performance.
  • Support Services: Coordinate initiatives with nearshore and offshore third-party providers, as well as external business consultants, to drive project success and operational efficiency.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Remote : This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of experience managing SAP Ariba & Concur systems as an Administrator.
• 5 years of experience with project management, demonstrating strong leadership expertise, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Work schedule: This role supports a broad base within the business and requires availability between 8 am CT and 5 pm CT. Additional flexibility and availability outside of these hours may be required to meet business needs.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent work experience.

CERTIFICATIONS/TRAINING

• SAP Ariba & Concur certification or relevant technical certifications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong understanding of procurement operations, compliance, P2P processes, expense management and auditing.

• Financial and analytical skills; embraces fact‐based decision making; naturally seeks to leverage market data and spend analytics.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between

$85,000 - $135,000
