Job summary

US Foods is seeking a SAP Administrator to support Concur and Ariba platforms from a fully remote position across the United States (excluding Hawaii and territories). You will ensure system performance, data integrity, and reporting while collaborating with procurement leadership.

Responsibilities include system configuration, master data governance, and developing analytics that drive cost savings and operational excellence. Strong PM skills and SAP certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing SAP Ariba & Concur systems as an Administrator.
• 5 years of experience with project management, demonstrating leadership, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ariba & Concur system management & support.
• Configure and maintain Concur & Ariba modules to align with business needs.
• Ensure integration with SAP ERP and other systems.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and procurement benefits.
• Lead stakeholder management and change management for SAP tools.
