An innovative technology services firm is seeking an experienced SAP CRM- Service Modules consultant with a minimum of 7 to 9 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the SAP CRM Service implementation, addressing help desk tickets, and supporting various CRM application areas. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are essential. This long-term role offers a chance to work closely with clients in the semiconductor industry and requires certifications in SAP CRM Service.

Qualifications

• At least 7 to 9 years of SAP CRM Service consulting experience.
• Team member for at least one full life cycle SAP PM/CS or SD and one CRM Service Implementation.
• Ability to work independently and guide clients through business processes.

Title: SAP CRM- Service Modules

Duration: Long Term

Description:

• At least 7 to 9 years of SAP CRM Service consulting experience
• Team member for at least ONE full life cycle SAP PM/CS or SD and ONE CRM Service Implementation
• Support Lead for SAP CRM Service. Address and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner, providing hands on user support as needed
• Heavy hands on experience with various CRM application areas such as: Installed Base, Service Contract/Service order Management/Warranty Management/Case management/Interaction Center & RPA /Field Application (Mobile)/ Analytics
• Knowledge of ASAP methodology/SOLMAN & Exposure/knowledge to SAP's Best Practices
• Interpersonal skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation/ leadership skills (oral and written)
• Ability to work independently, guide clients, understand business processes and work cohesively with project / support team members.
• Design, implement and configure minor to major functionalities in SAP CRM Service
• Willingness to work both in production support and change requests / implementations as needed
• CRM Middleware knowledge /exposure is added plus.
• Work with CRM, Supply Chain and Finance data owners to fix data issues or to re assign responsibilities.

Expertise

• Hands on experience on latest releases: CRM 7.0
• Extensive previous CRM Service configuration experience
• Previous implementation experience with semiconductor industries is a BIG PLUS
• Certifications in SAP CRM Service
