Job summary

SMX is seeking a Mid Level S/4HANA SAP ABAP Developers to support a government contract. You will participate in every stage of the lifecycle, from design to deployment, in a remote role supporting a DC-based customer and requiring Public Trust clearance.

Essential duties include translating requirements into technical designs, developing ABAP solutions, and potentially leading or mentoring other developers, with emphasis on maintainable code and code reviews.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years SAP ABAP development experience for mid-level
• Experience with S/4HANA and ABAP development
• Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP and HANA CDS Views

Responsibilities

• Translate user requirements into Technical Design Specifications and develop ABAP solutions
• Lead or mentor other developers, promote maintainable development practices
• Conduct code reviews
