Job summary

SMX is seeking a Mid Level S/4HANA SAP ABAP Developer to support a Government contract. The role is remote, serving a Washington, DC based customer and requires a Public Trust clearance.

You will translate requirements into design specs and develop ABAP solutions, with potential to lead or mentor other developers and perform code reviews. Essential duties include implementing SAP ABAP across modules, integrating backend SAP and non-SAP apps, and maintaining high-quality code.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years SAP ABAP development experience for mid-level role.
• Hands-on SAP ABAP development with S/4HANA and HANA CDS Views.
• Experience integrating backend SAP with non-SAP applications.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and BTP for cloud integration.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into Technical Design Specifications and develop ABAP solutions.
• Lead or mentor other developers; conduct code reviews and promote maintainable development practices.
