SMX is seeking a Mid Level S/4HANA SAP ABAP Developer to support a Government contract. The role is remote, supporting a Washington, DC based customer and requires a Public Trust clearance.

You will translate requirements into technical designs, develop ABAP solutions, and may mentor other developers while promoting best practices and code quality. Background check and clearance are required.

Qualificações

• Three to five years SAP ABAP development experience for mid-level; 6+ years for senior level.
• - Experience with S/4HANA and integrating backend SAP with non-SAP applications.
• - Proficiency in SAP Fiori and SAP BTP; web services, proxies, and APIs for system integration.
• - Strong debugging and performance tuning of ABAP programs.
• - Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
• - U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DHS Public Trust clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Translate user requirements into Technical Design Specifications and develop ABAP solutions.
• - May lead or mentor other developers and conduct code reviews to ensure maintainable development practices.
• - Participate in the full application lifecycle from design to deployment.
