Job summary

SMX is seeking a Mid Level S/4HANA SAP ABAP Developer to support an SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation for a large government contract. The role is remote, supporting a Washington, DC based customer and requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

You will translate user requirements into technical designs, develop ABAP solutions, mentor other developers, promote maintainable practices, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years for mid-level SAP ABAP development
• Experience with S/4HANA and integration with backends
• Knowledge of ABAP technologies: Reports, RFCs, Forms, OOP, BAPIs, Enhancements, BADIs, User Exits, Customer Exits, and Data Conversions (BDC, LSMW, IDocs, ALE, Workflows)
