Job summary

Kumon North America, Inc. seeks a Salesforce Solutions Developer to design, build, and deploy Apex, LWC, and integrations across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

The role emphasizes hands-on development and private, scalable solutions, not admin configurations. The ideal candidate will own solutions end-to-end—from requirements through testing, deployment, and production support—while collaborating with stakeholders and delivering business-friendly explanations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to own a solution from design through production support.
• Strong communication skills for translating requirements to technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for high-performance UX.
• Develop and support solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud including case management and campaigns.
• Build and configure Agentforce and other AI-driven capabilities for customer service and marketing.
• Design scalable Salesforce data models balancing requirements, security, reporting, and performance.
• Write and optimize SOQL queries while considering governor limits and bulk-safety.
