Fuze Health is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will implement Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable systems.

The role emphasizes data integrity, security, and adherence to best practices, with active involvement in an Agile environment and AWS integration when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines. DevOps Center.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform II is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow).
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations such as custom objects and fields.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and batch jobs.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Support lifecycle activities from design through post-implementation.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
