Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Agentforce or Einstein AI preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in NY/NJ area and able to work from the office.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for high-performing user experiences.
• Develop and support solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, including case management and campaigns.
• Build and configure Agentforce and other AI-driven capabilities for customer service and marketing.
• Design scalable Salesforce data models balancing requirements, security, reporting, and performance.
• Write and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries with governor limits in mind.
• Determine when declarative solutions are appropriate vs. custom development.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Own Salesforce solutions through full lifecycle from requirements to production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
