Fulton Bank is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for a full-time, remote role with quarterly travel to Lancaster, PA. You will develop, configure, and support Salesforce implementations, leveraging FSC and nCino packages to align with business objectives.

You will participate in design reviews, write tests, and help define deployment strategies while mentoring junior developers. A solid background in Salesforce Lightning/LWC/Apex is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technology field (Required).
• 5+ years Applications Development experience.
• 3+ years using Salesforce Lightning, Custom Lightning Web Components, Flows and Flow Builder, APEX, APEX Tests.
• 3+ years experience with Clouds: Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator/Platform Developer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, administer, and support Fulton Bank’s Salesforce implementation with FSC and nCino packages.
• Lead software design, code reviews, unit testing, deployment strategies, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders and business partners to deploy secure, scalable solutions meeting business needs.
• Mentor Associates on processes, coding best practices, and continuous learning.
