Job summary

nCino Platform is seeking a Lead SFDC & nCino Developer to design, develop, and implement secure Salesforce and nCino solutions. This hybrid role is based in Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC, with three days on-site.

You will lead configurations, customizations, integrations, and Lightning components, collaborating with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance lending applications on the Salesforce platform.

• 6+ years of SFDC development and customization experience.
• 6+ years of nCino experience.
• 6+ years of SFDC configuration.

• 6+ years of SFDC Lightning.
• 6+ years of SFDC sharing and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, implement, and support solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System built on Salesforce.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions.
• Configure and customize nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement, and Portfolio Management.
• Perform Salesforce configuration activities including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security setup.
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce where applicable.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce/nCino and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Perform data mapping, migration, transformation, and data quality activities across integrated systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and user interface enhancements to improve business productivity and user experience.
• Create and maintain technical design documents, configuration workbooks, integration specifications, and release documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices, security standards, and governance processes.
• Support CI/CD deployment activities, release management, and production support.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely root cause analysis and resolution.
• Should be able to propose the solutions and should have understanding of end-to-end application.
