Fulton Bank seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead development, configuration, and support of the bank's Salesforce implementation. The role requires collaboration with IT and business partners to achieve key objectives and advance deployment strategies.

Responsibilities include coding, reviews, unit testing, and documentation, plus staying current with industry best practices. Remote work is possible with quarterly travel to Lancaster, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• 5+ years of Applications Development experience.
• 3+ years using Salesforce Lightning, LWC, Flows, Flow Builder, Apex, and Apex Tests.
• 3+ years experience with Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, administer, and support Fulton Bank’s Salesforce implementation.
• Lead design, development, code reviews, unit testing, deployment strategies, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders and business partners to understand objectives.
• Drive innovation in development, integrations, and standards.
