Senior Salesforce Solutions Developer

Job Location: US-PA-Remote (Remote within the Fulton Bank footprint: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA; travel required to East Petersburg, PA).

Overview

This full‑time career opportunity allows remote work within the Fulton Bank footprint. You will be responsible for the development, configuration, administration, and support for Fulton Bank’s Salesforce implementation with heavy reliance on FSC and nCino‑managed packages. Lead the software design and development effort, code reviews, unit testing, deployment strategies, and produce technical documentation. Work closely with IT Business Services Managers, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Data Management, IT Engineering, System Administration, and key business partners to understand key business objectives. Drive innovation within the group in development efficiencies, custom component development, third‑party integration, and industry concepts. Contribute to coding standards, methodology, processes, and procedures. Mentor and train Associate Salesforce Developers and Salesforce Developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, administer and support Fulton Bank’s Salesforce implementation heavily relying on FSC and nCino managed packages.
• Lead software design and development effort, code reviews, unit testing, deployment strategies, and produce technical documentation.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders and key business partners to understand objectives and deploy secure, scalable solutions that meet business needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards, methodology, processes, and procedures. Mentor and train IT Associates and solution developers in processes, procedures, and best coding practices. Demonstrate personal accountability for continuous learning of industry‑leading practices and techniques.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or other technical field (required). Preferred: Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Required Experience: 7+ years in Applications Development; 5+ years using Salesforce Lightning, Custom Lightning Web Components, Flows, Flow Builder, APEX, APEX Test; 5+ years experience with one or more of Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud.
• Preferred Experience: 7+ years experience with web architectures, security, and scalable application development; 1+ year experience with CI/CD in Salesforce environment (Copado, Gearset, SF DX); 1+ year experience developing nCino‑based solutions.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).

Pay Transparency

Base salary range: $91,000.00 - $151,600.00 annually. Additional compensation may include equity (restricted stock units) and short‑term incentive compensation plan based on performance. Specific compensation will be determined based on factors such as candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of experience, and credentials. Salary may vary by location.
