Qualifications

Job Overview

We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Developerto join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions usingApex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality Salesforce applications in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement complex and customized Salesforce applications usingApex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable integrations between Salesforce and internal enterprise systems usingREST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical architects to develop solution frameworks aligned with long-term enterprise technology strategies.
• Follow modernDevOps and CI/CD practicesusing tools such as Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), Bitbucket, and GitLab.
• Participate in peer code reviews and enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and Salesforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize production environments, including performance issues, data integrity concerns, and application defects.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in developing customized Salesforce solutions using:

  • Salesforce Data Modeling
  • SOQL/SOSL
• Proven experience building complex Salesforce integrations usingexternal APIs, web services, and enterprise middleware.
