Job summary

Akaasa Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect for remote work in the United States. The role focuses on defining requirements and technical solutions for Salesforce environments, spanning declarative and programmatic customizations, integration design, and governance alignment.

You will lead solution designs, sandbox sizing, and metadata configuration while ensuring compliance with VA and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 6+ years of relevant experience; alternate combinations allowed.
• Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex) plus declarative configuration.
• Experience producing Salesforce solution designs and sandbox strategy.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data sharing, security models, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with GovCloud/FedRAMP environments and federal compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Produce solution designs for Salesforce and AWS components of the environment.
• Determine sandbox type and sizing to support testing requirements.
• Define metadata configuration and environment refresh approaches.
• Outline Salesforce integration approaches and data sharing models.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve metadata conflicts within the design.
• Coordinate sandbox provisioning and governance with stakeholders.
