Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to design, develop, and articulate solutions based on customers' needs. You will collaborate with program managers, technical peers, and business partners to deliver maximum value, lead implementation, and deliver architecture designs and strategies with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

This remote role requires US citizenship and may require TS/SCI poly.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce functional configuration and business analysis experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow Builder and Experience Cloud administration.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into refined Agile user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands‑on declarative Salesforce configuration (Flows, page layouts, validation rules, lightning pages, Experience Cloud site).
• Lead architecture designs and solution strategies across Salesforce implementations.
• Facilitate sprint demos, support UAT, and prepare end‑user guidance artifacts.
• Provide program oversight and solutions architecture for Salesforce applications.
