Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce designs and delivery. You will define end-to-end architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, FSC, and related clouds, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

You will drive integration architectures using REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, and DevOps practices, while mentoring teams and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience with at least 7+ years Salesforce experience.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale implementations.
• Deep expertise across Salesforce Platform, Sales, Service, Experience and FSC clouds.
• Hands-on Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce integration.
• Experience with MuleSoft, REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong security architecture, data modeling, DevOps, and CI/CD understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience leading architecture workshops and translating requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business requirements.
• Architect solutions across Salesforce Platform, Sales/Service/Experience/FSC clouds.
• Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities while minimizing customizations.
• Design scalable, maintainable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
• Define enterprise integration architectures using REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, and middleware.
• Govern data architecture, security models, and deployment strategies.
• Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and design workshops.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
