Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience with at least 7+ years Salesforce experience.
• Proven Salesforce Solution Architect/Lead Architect delivering enterprise-scale implementations.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Platform, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud and FSC.
• Hands-on Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and integration capabilities.
• Experience with MuleSoft and API integrations (REST/SOAP) and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
• Architect across Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSC and Industry Clouds.
• Map out-of-the-box capabilities to business processes, minimize customizations.
• Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration patterns.
• Implement enterprise integration using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Govern data architecture, security models, DevOps, and deployment strategies.
• Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and provide technical leadership.
