EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead strategic Salesforce implementations for enterprise clients. You will translate complex requirements into well-architected solutions while guiding both functional and technical teams across programs.

You will apply deep platform knowledge, perform fit-gap analysis, and provide accurate effort estimates. Remote work is offered with a base salary range described in the posting, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with deep platform knowledge.
• Proficient in RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced) and ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management).
• Strong business analysis and fit-gap analysis capabilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and user stories.
• Experience delivering effort estimates and risk assessments for enterprise Salesforce projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management across diverse audiences.
• Ability to define business outcomes and success metrics for implementations.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Strong communication abilities to articulate technical concepts and strategic recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders

This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $150,000 - $195,000.
